These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the agreement between you ("you" or "your") and Link Cars ("we" or "us") regarding our minicab and airport transfer services. By booking a minicab with us, you accept these Terms.
Link Cars (us/we): The company providing minicab and airport transfer services.
You/Your: Any person, business, or company making a booking with us.
Vehicle Size: Select a vehicle that comfortably accommodates all passengers and luggage. We cannot guarantee the transport of excessive luggage. Children count as one passenger each.
Wheelchair Access: Specify wheelchair access requirements at the time of booking.
Quotes: Prices are based on the information you provide and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Quotes may be adjusted for significant itinerary changes.
Waiting Time: Quotes include a 45-minute waiting period at airports and parking charges. Additional waiting incurs standard waiting fees. We strive to adjust for flight delays but are not obligated to do so.
Booking Confirmation: Upon accepting a quote, you will receive a confirmation to review. Notify us of any discrepancies to avoid delays or additional costs.
Payment: Payments are accepted via cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
Passenger Behavior: You are responsible for the conduct of all passengers. Charges may apply for cleaning costs due to soiling or damage caused by passengers.
Prohibitions: Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited in the vehicles.
Child Restraints: Children must be secured in appropriate child restraints as per their age, weight, and height.
Passenger Limits: The maximum passenger capacity as per licensing or insurance regulations cannot be exceeded.
Cancellation Notice: Notify us immediately to cancel a booking. Cancellations after vehicle dispatch incur charges based on the driver’s travel to the pickup location.
Online Booking Cancellations: Cancellations made through our online system before dispatch may incur charges on the original payment method.
Delays Beyond Control: We are not liable for losses due to delays beyond our control. We are not responsible for any losses incurred by you or your business under any circumstances.
Luggage: Your luggage is transported at your own risk.
Vehicle Breakdown: In case of a breakdown, we will endeavor to provide an alternative vehicle as soon as possible.
Indemnification: You agree to hold us harmless from any costs arising from any action or omission by you or your party.
Right to Terminate: We may terminate or refuse a booking with immediate effect if passenger behavior jeopardizes the safety of the vehicle or driver. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.
Subcontracting: We may subcontract our obligations. You cannot transfer any rights or obligations under this agreement.
Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms by posting changes online. Review them regularly. Existing bookings are subject to the rates at the time of booking.
Data Protection: We handle information in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1998.
Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Link Cars and you.
Third-Party Rights: These Terms confer no third-party benefits unless agreed in writing.
Disputes or claims related to these Terms or services must be made in writing within 30 days of the booking date. Claims after this period may not be entertained.
By implementing these Terms, Link Cars ensures clear communication and understanding with our customers, fostering a reliable and efficient service experience.
